The former church of Scotland building lay derelict and unused for sometime before our client took on the task of converting it into a modern home.

Using the buildings existing features, they created a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living area. A floor to ceiling gable feature wall in the kitchen area was created using riven Caithness flagstone internal cladding. This was complemented with a round matt polished Caithness flagstone hearth beneath a suspended stove.
